A DOG-FOX HYBRID PART 2

Here is the second story of a dog-fox hybrid that I came across whilst at Leeds Local History Library in mid April 2023.Its from Country Life May 17th  1902,as follows: " HYBRID DOG-FOX. Sir-The interesting photograph of the hybrid dog-fox in last weeks COUNTRY LIFE made me look up in my collection of sporting prints a similar picture, which was published in one of the sporting magazines of the day some seventy-eight years back .It is called a “Portrait of a Cross of the Dog and Fox, in the possession of Lord Cranley”, and I send it you in case you think it of sufficient interest to publish – W.A.BAILLIE-GROHMAN.
