UK, Cumbria: hillwalker encounters big cat

The panoply of big cat reports, and I say this rather than “sightings” because it is certain that some of the animals reported are not big cats, continues with a slightly excitable account of a young lady hill walker who is convinced that she saw a big cat. She describes it as being “..just stood there looking at me, and its tail was up, swishing.”

The encounter took place halfway down the Pike of Blisco, which sits above Wrynose Pass, in Cumbria’s Lake District.
